A course for those who struggle with their emotional health

Sign up here for Updates on the Course

Are you struggling with depression, low self-esteem or your identity. Do you want to understand how your past and present relationships and activities fit into this? Would it help to learn how your Christian faith fits into these things — and to do this in a way that is supportive, creative and productive? Have you become a Christian but still struggle in this area?

DSC5200-1We are preparing a course with six evenings of 'Teaching, Testimony, Discussion and Prayer' hosted in a local church. Below are the Titles and the other links on your left show the planned content and the culture we believe it is vital to create for the course to be helpful.

We have recently complete a pilot of the course in 50 churches and you can give PILOT FEEDBACK here. We will be republishing the material later in 2010 and you can sign up here to be kept informed of this and when you can order booklets at a small cost. In 2011 it will be externally published and you will be able to get it in bookshops.

Course content (by week)

  1. The Past - Putting the past into perspective
  2. The Present - Identity
  3. People - Making relationships work
  4. Patterns - Vicious circles of behaviour and how to reverse them
  5. Potential - Finding direction for the future
  6. The Path - Taking the first step

Where is the course run?

Please note that we do NOT keep an accessible list of churches where the course has been run as we are only at the pilot stage. Therefore we are not able to tell you where your nearest course is. You can sign up using the other links on this page to hear about new releases and other advances. We may be able to keep a list of churches and locations in the future.
